 Here is a quick, straightforward guide to how things work when you buy my art or browse my website.

1. Copyright & Ownership (The Big One) 

• Copyright remains mine: I retainthe full copyright to all of my artwork, images, and content on this site.
• Buying the art vs. buying the rights: When you buy a physical piece of art or a print, you own that specific physical item only.
• No commercial use: You do not buy the rights to reproduce, copy, scan or sell prints of my work.
• Promotions: I reserve the right to display images of all of my sold artwork online or in print for my own promotional use.

2. Orders & Shipping

• Processing: I pack and ship everything carefully from my studio.
• Local delivery: All South African deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy.
• Correct info: Please double-check your shipping address. I cannot be help responsible for packages lost due to a wrong address.

3. Payments & Security

• Safe checkouts: All shop transactions happen securely through Yoco via WooCommerce.
• Full payment: Items will only be shipped once your payment has cleared completely.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Damages: If your art arrives damaged by the courier, take photos immediately and let me know within 48 hours so that I can sort it out.
• Change of mind: Because art is unique, I generally do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, but please get in touch if you have an issue.
