SHIPPING & RETURNS

Here is all the info you need about how I pack, ship and handle returns for my art.

1. South African Shipping

• Cost: Shipping is completely free anywhere within South Africa.
• Courier: All local deliveries are handled securely by The Courier Guy.
• Timing: I will pack and dispatch your order within 3 to 5 business days.

2. International Orders & Custom Requests

• Worldwide Delivery: Please get in touch with me directly if you want art shipped outside of South Africa.
• Custom Duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their own country.
• Special Requests: If you need express shipping or have a special delivery request, contact me before ordering.

3. Damages & Returns

• Damaged Items: If your art is damaged by the courier during transit, please take photos immediately. Let me know within 48 hours so I can sort it out for you.
• Change of Mind: Because artwork is unique, I generally do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, but please get in touch if you have an issue.
